We offer an extensive range of boiler installations and boiler maintenance services.

New Installations

All boiler systems available at affordable prices. An efficient new boiler can significantly reduce your heating bills.

By law, a gas safety certificate is required for every rented property before a tenant moves into a property.

Are You a Landlord?   We can provide landlord certificates

This law does not apply to every domestic household.

For this reason, domestic households with old boilers are less safe than rented accommodation.

At "G-Tech Service" we are able to carry out boiler installations and maintenance checks at very affordable prices.

We can make sure your boiler is safe and make certain there is no risk from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Remember gas leaks are not only dangerous but can also be inefficient, increasing fuel bills for tenants and homeowners alike.

Installation, servicing and repair of all systems including:

Combination or Combi boiler

- A very popular and efficient choice, providing both central heating and hot water and does not require a separate tank to store water. Suitable for small households.

Sealed System boiler

- This type of boiler provides central heating and hot water through a storage cylinder normally housed in an airing cupboard without the need for a water tank stored in the loft. Suitable for larger households.

Open Vent/Heating

- An open vent boiler provides central heating and hot water through a boiler, a storage cylinder and water tanks in your loft. Suitable for larger households however this is an old boiler system which can take up a large space and take longer for water to reheat.

Condensing Boiler

- The hot gases produced by a convential boiler passes through a heat exchange. This heat is transfered to the water, raising it's temperature.

A condensing boiler extracts additional heat from the water vapour (steam), which arises from burning the hydrogen content of the fuel.

Latent heat is recovered from the waste gases by condensing this water vapour to liquid water and effectively recovering its latent heat. Increases of efficiency can be as much as 10-12%.

However the effectiveness of this condensing process varies but it is always at least as efficient as a non-condensing boiler.

Solid Fuel Boilers

- A solid fuel boiler is much the same as conventional combination boiler installations in structure and the pipework and radiators used.

As the name suggests this type of boiler runs on various 'solid fuels'. This can take the form of coal, wood or paper.

However it is not advised to use household waste such as that used on bonfires, a Blue Water representative can advise you on the correct fuel for the type of boiler used.

Multiple Fuel Boilers

- This type is designed to run on a variety of fuels, giving you much more choice and flexibilty in the type of fuel used.

Speak to a Blue Water representative to discuss the best option and styles to fit your needs.
